Manufacturer / Vendor Requirements:
In order for us to consider adding a new product or line, we have several requirements which must be met by any vendor we deal with:

• All invoices are to be NET 30 or NET 45. We do not purchase product collect or by pre-pay - deliveries sent this way will be refused.
  
  

• Manufacturer must agree to provide us with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all products. Any product returned from a customer due to dissatisfaction will be submitted for credit from the manufacturer.
  
  

How do I submit a product or line for consideration?
For any new product or line to be considered, the following must be submitted before a Purchase Order is written:

1. Price list which contains distributor, wholesale and retail pricing along with a schedule of additional discounts if applicable.
    

2. Complete written product descriptions which include ingredient lists for food related products. (May be submitted electronically.)
    

3. Any promotional literature related to the product or line.
    

4. A 300 dpi color image of each product in either tiff, eps, or jpg format.  Images are to be submitted on a CD.  If you do not have digital images of your product available, we can take product shots in our state-of-the-art digital photography studio at the cost of $55.00 each and provide you with the finished photos on a CD.
    

5. One sample of each product for evaluation. If samples are to be returned, you must provide us with your UPS account number for return shipping charges. Please indicate where and to whom samples are to be returned to.  Samples will not be returned at our expense.

If Neeps Incorporated adds my product or line are we automatically added to the company's various websites?
All products carried by Neeps Incorporated are included on pertinent company Internet properties. 

Additionally, print flyers are done quarterly for specific properties in which your products may be featured.

What types of promotional advertising opportunities are available through Neeps Incorporated?
Lots! Neeps Incorporated's retail divisions are big on sales and promotions.  The Internet sites always have featured products, weekly sales and product promotions going on.  In addition to Internet promos, we produce color flyers several times a year.  Promotions are carefully planned with our vendors in advance and are available on a limited basis.
